How does the warranty work?
The warranty duration for a new battery depends on the brand you choose.
Your warranty entitles you to a free battery diagnostic check and a free replacement if the test results show that your battery is faulty.

How much does the Battery Service cost, and what does it include?
The cost of the battery service depends on your carâs make and model â which will affect the amperage it requires â and the brand you choose.
The price you pay includes our professional diagnostic service, battery replacement, and warranty, including roadside assistance.
If you just require a jump-start, youâll only be charged AED 100.
If we canât find any problem with you battery, we wonât charge you, and where possible weâll help to identify the underlying issue.
Can the Battery Service be done inside a parking garage?
Yes, as long as thereâs at least one metre between your car and surrounding objects, the bonnet/hood is unlocked, and you are available to start the car.
Depending on your vehicle make and model, our technician may require access to the interior of your vehicle to assess or replace the battery.
Where is the Battery Service available?
Our Battery Service can be ordered to most locations within Dubai, whether you are parked indoors or outdoors.
What is included in the Battery Service?
Our technician will run a full diagnostic test to find out whatâs causing the issue â often, all it takes is a jump-start to get you moving again
